Attendee InformationÂ
All attendees (excluding children aged 5 and under) must wear a valid PASS at all times in the convention centre and surrounding areas during gameplay and events. The PASS grants access to the Exhibit Hall 1. This also gives you access to the events space for panels and other activities.Â
Children aged 5 and under are admitted free when accompanied by an attending adult. Parents must register these children at the Play Con desk onsite, receiving a pass with contact information.
On-site Pass Collection begins at the Play Con front desk from Thursday 10:00am – 5:00pm
Lost and Misplaced Passes
Play Con cannot replace lost, stolen, or forgotten passes. Please take care of your convention materials. Lost items can be repurchased if available, but check with Play Con Lost and Found first.
RefundsÂ
Ticket refund requests must be made by 3rd of May 2026 and are subject to a $35 administrative fee per badge. Tickets are non-transferable.

No Solicitation
Play testers are not permitted to use signage, actively promote, or pressure other guests to participate in their games. We encourage a respectful atmosphere where guests can freely explore and engage with different gaming experiences at their own pace.Â
No Unauthorised Sales:
The sale or exchange of any goods or services at Play Con — including but not limited to games, gaming accessories, merchandise, artwork, food, beverages, or promotional items — is strictly prohibited unless you are a registered exhibitor or vendor with prior written approval from Play Con management. Approved exhibitors and vendors may only conduct sales or promotional activities within their designated booth or allocated area. Any form of unauthorised selling, solicitation, or distribution outside of these approved spaces is not permitted. Play Con reserves the right to remove any individual or organisation found engaging in unauthorised sales, promotions, or solicitation without refund or compensation.
Timely Setup:Â All players should refrain from setting up their games at a table in the free play area until they have players ready to join. Tables should not be reserved for potential players, ensuring that space is available for immediate use by all guests.
To assist in finding players for your game we recommend using the Aftergame app. Aftergame will be in use at Play Con and can be used for all games, including playtesting your own games with friends.
We appreciate your cooperation in upholding these guidelines, as they contribute to the enjoyment and fairness of the overall gaming experience for everyone at Play Con. Thank you for your understanding and support.
